Shipping charges are based on our shipping partner's locations. If your location is outside of their shipping areas there may be additional shipping charges that were not calculated with your initial order. This applies to orders that have received Free Shipping as well as those below the free shipping threshold. We will do our best to find a shipping rate that will work within the parameters of what was estimated but some items (oversized items shipping to rural areas, shipping to northern parts of the province, etc) are unable to be calculated by the system and need to be manually calculated by a staff member. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause and we will contact you as quickly as possible with shipping options. 

How much does it cost for shipping?

Enjoy free shipping on eligible orders of $99 and over in Canada, after discounts and before taxes. Orders that qualify for Free Shipping will be sent via Canada Post, Canpar, FedEx Ground, and FedEx Express, etc. 

Enjoy free shipping on eligible orders of $199 and over in US, after discounts and before taxes. Shipping fees are determined by the locations of our shipping partners. If your location falls outside of their designated areas, there may be additional shipping costs that were not factored into your original order. This policy is applicable to orders that qualified for Free Shipping as well as those that did not meet the free shipping threshold. 

When will my order ship & arrive?

We strive to ship your online order within 1-2 business days from the date the order is received (this excludes holidays and weekends).
